The main part of the results are featured on front page.
For your info,I had a flat tyre on Saturday halfway through the second competitive section, changed the front tyre to the rear and went to resume the race only to have the buggy not want to start even though it seemed to have all the ingredient s to make it go (plenty of spark,,nice blue one with lots of shock when your finger touches the blade of screwdriver, olso plenty petroleum) but no go.
All the recovery guys and the sweep car crews also put thier two cents worth in but to no avail,it still didn't want to play.
This all took a fair amount of time and that was one thing we seemed to be running out of, so we decided to cut and run, which meant we couldn't compete in the rest of Saturdays comptitive sections and head back to town to solve the problem and prepare the buggy ready for Sundays racing. You wouldn't believe it,towed the car 10 feet and it clutch started. Still took it back to fix.

This is a great way to meet a lot of new friends and the folk up at CONDO are a great bunch and nothing seemed to be to much of a drama to them all weekend. The Condo 750 is a little different to our normal Off Road events. The buggy had to have rego ,for the 3rd party insurance, for some of the event you have to travell on public roads to move from one section to another and it is set up for the guys that run in the Australian Safari give them some practice, for the people who have run the Safari before, or for the ones that are doing it for the first time, a practice run at it.

On the Sunday, we completed the whole days racing, in the alotted time. We did however see a lot more of the country side than anyone else, without our halda thingamajig (We couldn't calibrate it to resemble anything like it was supposed to be eg over the 5klm measured distance our our one read 90.35.) and no speedo we missed important things like turnoffs and the like. So we were forever ending up in the corners of paddocks and finding our way back out of them. But it was a great Event and I would recomend it to anyone who would like to have a go at something a little different to thier norm, pleny of seat time and a lot of fun.

Thanks to all the people up at Condo and surrounding areas for all the fun.
