Saw what looked like an exact copy of Crofty's street reg'd buggy driving down the main drag in singapore.  Looked like 2.5" over front arms, 2 8 inch shocks on each corner running 31" mud terrains and a NA scooby. Evidently you can get almost anything registered as long as its got 4 wheels lights and a windscreen.

Also saw a Manx Tow'd, 4 or 5 H1 hummers, and a suzuki running almost monster truck tyres. He had to 3 point turn it to turn at lights at one stage!
