ring and pinion's

has anyone had problems with the albins crown wheel's fouling against the pinion bearing ,
on assembly it appares all fine , no fouling , correct tooth contact and back lash ,
but after a race  when i strip the box down i find a rubbing mark on the pinon bearing edge which burs the thread making the super nut a pain to remove ,
the nut was tight on the strip down

and ive had this happen with 3 differant ring and pinion's in 2 differant boxs ,
twice in a 2.0l with 2 ring and pinions and in a 1800
the diff hemisphere run out is good ,
so im assuming that it may be caused be flexing under load ,
