Mildura accommodation??

I'm heading down to watch the PWR Sunraysia 500, and was wondering what the accommodation is like?

Can I camp at the track?

Are there cheap hotels/motels nearby?

Any help/advice will be appreciated.

Marty, you can camp at the track, but you need to provide everything for yourself, there are no facilities there (except some portable toilets).

There ar elots and lots of hotels/motels/cabins in Mildura.

We stayed at the Gol Gol caravan park when we went. Not far from the track, nice park. http://www.rgtp.com.au/
