The sun is shining and after an inspection at 6 am this morning (Friday) the race is on.
The prediction is for a fine week end.
It will be slippery in places but a lot of it is be high ridge country.
The pits are a bit wet underfoot so bring some ground cover.
Camping is still good at Dondingalong in the pit area.

Yes its definitely on smile

We have had some more rain Friday but showers are expected to clear Saturday with Sunday tipped to be reasonably fine......

The slippery conditions should make for a real 'drivers' race (as opposed to a 'power' race)....

Saturday 8.30am : whats that big round orange thing in the sky???? Thats right, sun is shining..weather looking good : I'm about to head out to give the event a 'plug' on a local FM Radio Sports show and then off to the track...
