by pass or not !

has any one ran a by pass shock on a torsion bar rear ended buggy ?
or do they only work best with a coil ?

All the 1600 class cars in the states run bypass and torsion bars and they work great together.

Bypass always works better on any configuration as they are a position sensitive velocity shock rather than just linear velocity shock in other words you can fine tune your comp/ rebound valving for any piston position on the shock can where as with a standard velocity shock you are limited to just making valving changes The more bypass tubes the more adjustment , thats why the new generation cars are so much quicker its purely down to bypass technologhy

Bypass!!!! Couldnt believe the difference that a few small tweaks suggested by Cam Ritchie made to the rear end of our car.
