setup help !!!


Hey there Guys

  I am after some help on setting up shock mounts for a buggy. here is some info

  front shocks we running 12' coilover on a a-arm
  rear shocks are 14' coilover and a 16' bypass on a trailing arm

  would like to know how i set up the mounts on the frame and arms. Sorry i not that good when it comes to this part of a build so need as much info as i  can lay my hands on as i only want to do it once

Why not try Cam at Racer Imports, he is really good with shocks.

We used bill crofts rule of thumb. put your wheels and tyres on, drop the chassis to its lowest point (we did 75mm off the floor) lean the shocks over to 90deg to the centre line of the arm at full compression. Tack the upper mount and run thru its travel. But talk to cam!!!

The process is not all that difficult but can be very time consuming to get it right , .Am happy to provide you with the correct info to get you sorted properly 1st time
