After months of hard work the highly anticipated first edition of the Dirtcomp Off Road Racing Yearbook is off the press and on it's way to the binder and we expect to be mailing it out to all those who have pre-ordered in less than a fortnight.
The print run has been limited to just 500 copies, with about half of these pre-ordered. So if you are yet to order a copy you will need to get in quick to secure a copy of your own.
Finishing up at 144 pages, the hardcover coffee table style book features each of the five Australian Off Road Championship rounds in detail, along with a special snapshot of the Kickstarters Gascoyne Dash.
Packed with over 400 photos by Randall Kilner, Michael Hurren and Sean McTigue from Sunphoto, the Dirtcomp Off Road Racing Yearbook also features event reports, results and the point scores from the 2009 season, making it a must have collectors item for any off road racing fan.
To order a copy visit www.dirtcomp.com.au or call the Dirtcomp office on (07) 3899 6637.

Picked mine up at the Tuff Truck event at Milbrodale. Congratulations to Randall, this book is of the highest quality and the photographs are exceptional.
Make sure you check out the second last photo in the book of Pinto at Hyden.
All pre-ordered copies of the book have now been sent in Australia Post Overnight Express Bags, so if you haven't already received your copy it won't be far away. For those who are yet to order a copy there are approximately 250 still available, but they are starting to move quickly now that it is out. A limited number will be freighted over to Hyden for sale.
Thanks again to Sean McTigue and Michael Hurren for the images they made available for us to use in the book.
In just over a week from now we will be starting work on collecting the images for the 2010 Edition.
For anyone who may be interested in seeing the book, I will be taking some copies to the VORRA club meeting this Thursday night, and I will also be taking a number of copies to the Donald event this weekend.
Also, if anyone is interested they can contact me directly and I can try to make arrangements to meet up with you somewhere to take a look at the book.
I think Randall has done a fantastic job, the quality is fantastic.
