thanks to all that attended this weekend the first aid / steward/ dorm room is now full claded and the door way is cut through from the canteen ready for the door to be fitted. this has been a great project and it is good to see a project at the track nearing completion
the next project i think will be to build a permanent shade shelter for the officials next to the track. we have enough spare iron to do this but would require some 100mm perlins and some rhs to make this happen. it wont happen just yet but if you happen to find some spare steel around the place please donate it to the cause and within the next 12months we can make this happen.
Yep, I concur, terrific job and again thanks to all that turned up for the Working bee. David & Bradley from D& M Electrics with the junior assistants( Dave's Kids) sorted out our Electrical problems on the machinery and are working on a new alternator system for the Grader which will be installed in due course, if you have an auto electrical problem, why not give them a call on 02 4862 4011. and if you need to obtain goods or services of any sort, don't forget our sponsors, They help us, so please help them. Adam Barnacoat has returned the braking capabilities of our water truck to working order and Ian Boyd with his grading skills has put some of the track back into place, also thanks to Tim , Gavin, Simon and of course William for a great job. All this helps our Club towards more great racing for the rest of this year & on.
