my brother said thanks for the compliment trekka. I'm going to go over there on Saturday and get some better photos he's been taking the photos with his phone up till now.
Great looking car. Looks to benice ang light for an A-arm Sper 1650; everything thats needed without unnecessary stuff to weigh it down.
Wish I had the know-how and skills to undertake something like what your brother has done, and have it turn out like this. Is it self-designed or has he got plans from somewhere?
thats right trekka, its built to be strong where it counts and still be light enough to compete in super 1650 (but would probably be better off in prolite if i can talk him in to it ).The photos don't do it justice though, it looks much better in person. Ian has designed and built it in his shed with just idea's he drew up on bits of paper, then made jigs for the frame, front arms and spindles. He has run the front end through its travel and the geometry all works well. Can't wait until its finished to see how it runs, then i'll try and get him to help me build my new prolite

I think Ian is trying for the crookwell race in march. I have almost finished mounting the new motor and box in my car, but work keeps getting in the way, waiting on a few parts as well. I will start a build up page in a few weeks, just have to get motivated, but here it is before i got it
Ian was talking about selling it the other night because the two navs he had can't do it anymore and he was going to make another single seater .Make him an offer craig and you might get lucky
