front suspention

hi all im just new to this so im wondering wat suspention i need for my front end of the buggy still currently running VW front end and want to know wat shocks and how man to run on front so i can run my VW front end with out torsion bars do i need 1 or 2 coilovers its and old scorpian frame with a B6T motor with a 1800 VW box with albins gears???

stiill running standard front arms also and i got about 8inch travel my pockets aint deep enough to go much further

Hey mate,

Re your front suspension - we used to run 2.5" over arms and OME 8" shocks... if you can afford it though, go the 4" over and 10" aushocks.  The first front end you could race with, but the longer travel made the car alot more drivable.

ok thanx ill have to work something out unless anyones got some 4" arms they can sell me?
