Disqualified - he was bypassing his tyre inflation system into the motor induction (redneck supercharging) from what i can gather.

So he was using the pressured air out of the tyre into the induction to give forced air induction?...good idea if it was legal.?Also u would think that the tyre air temp would be quiet warm,considering the abuse they recieve,and probarly not so effective?confuse

I would have thought that with the volume of air his engine would use the improvement would have been marginal. You would have to be sure it was legal to take the risk for such a marginal improvement. Also says something about the scrutineering I guess. They missed it or it was added afterwards(indicating they knew it was illegal) - either way they eventually caught it I suppose.

the amount of air wouldnt do anything,what if the tyres were filled with nitrogen?the plot thickens
