COLO Club Rd 3 16/17th June Day/Night


Here's the main bits, the rest should be attatched if i've done it right.

 

Saturday: Paperwork and scrutineering   12pm to 1.30pm

  Drivers Briefing    2pm
  Reconnaissance    2.30pm
  Heat 1 (3 Laps)    3.00pm
  
  Mini Buggies (3 Laps Mini buggy area) on completion of Heat 1

  Heat 2 (3 Laps)    After dark (approx 6pm)
  Heat 3 (3 Laps)    Immediately after Heat 2
  At Clerk of Courses discretion depending on conditions.  

  DINNER Please order your dinner before racing starts.


Sunday: Reconnaissance    7.30am  


  Drivers Briefing     8.30am

  Mini Buggies (3 laps Mini Buggy area) on completion of Drivers Briefing

  Heat 4(5 laps)      On completion of Mini Buggies
  Slowest group first.

  Mini buggies (3 laps Mini Buggy area) On completion of Group 1

  Heat 5 (5 Laps)     On completion of Mini Buggies
  Fastest group      

  Heat 6 (5 Laps)    On completion of Heat 5
  Slowest group

  LUNCH      1 Hour
 
  Heat 6 (5 laps) cont.    On completion of lunch.
  Fastest Group

  PRESENTATION    

STARTS will be either single or dual starts with a maximum of 10 rows of 2 cars at a minimum of 30 seconds apart. 

Mini-Buggies will start one at a time with a maximum number of 6 cars in a heat.  Mini-Buggy drivers are reminded that their runs are strictly non-competitive and will not be timed.

PLESE NOTE:   If you are late arriving and miss the window for scrutineering, you will be scrutineered after the commencement of the event when the Chief Scrutineer is available, but you may not commence the event until scrutiny of your vehicle has been completed, including Reconnaissance.  YOU MUST STILL ATTEND DRIVERS BRIEFING.
