My seat belts are stamped August 2011. Does this mean  I can use them till the end of August? Or do I have to replace them before August?

I would argue that it includes the month stated, just like it includes the year

That's what I would of thought too.
I want to do milbrodale in August and not sure what I will do after that for rest of year, so I don't want to buy seat belts that will loose 5-6 months before I use them again.
