I am planning to head to Milbrodale this year for the first time, and was wondering about the accomidation ( camping/hotels/motels), and the general rundown of day.
As from what i can gather there is no camping on the track, than what do people do with the buggies/trailers etc.

Camping is at the track - there is a paddock area that everyone parks their trailers and tents in. BYO firewood!!!!!!!!!! They charge for camping now though, check costs so you dont get stung at the gate. Good toilets/showers. Dont bother with motel - too far out.
General run down: Sat: Drivers brief, reccy, prologe and 1 or 2 races on sat arvo. Sunday: more racing and long course in the arvo. It changes a little each year, wait for the sup regs.
General pointer - the event is run by a wonderful, beautiful, compassionate lady named Marion. Get on her bad side at your peril. When she says have the car lined up on the dummy grid by by 9am use navy time and be there 15 mins early. its a very, very well run event.

you will love it mate, good fun this year was going to be my second year, but with the date change not sure i can make it now will have to double check. at least i can cancel the leave i put in for that three days
yeah i know, i was suprised as well, conisdering i put in at work for time off. works out ok now as i dont need the time off and have that weekend off :)
but yeah sucks a bit. as now need to find new people to come with.
Hi Camo, the way I read it is $280 entry $50 refundable deposit for transponder and $10 for each road vehicle for the weekend so if you all go in the one car it'll be $340 to stay both nights if you want and they'll give you $50 back when you hand the transponder back at the end of the weekend.
Make sure you get along to see the live band "Six Foot Fall" on Saturday night. They play lots of great music and should be kicking things off around 7.30pm.
