I understand that the requirement for this padding has been pushed back till start on next year

has there been any news on how/ where they will want it installed ?

I would assume we're allowed to compete this year without it installed

What do you attach the padding with, fireproof insulation tape or non melting cable ties. Lol.

The padding that I bought has adhesive already on it. And yes I think this is a load of crap as well. After all the padding would only be subjected to the "fire' during the accident which would only last a few seconds, once the vehicle stops the importance of flame resistant roll bar padding is not an issue.
