Off Road Competitor,
Attached is the paperwork for the up coming Ray Vestey Memorial Christmas cup race meeting and the awards and Christmas party to be held on Saturday the 29th November 2014, Race on Saturday then have a meal and a few drinks with friends on Saturday night, pack up and go home on Sunday. You only need one crew member to be a Crookwell club member to race so everyone is welcome.(you can purchase a Crookwell club day membership if needed).
There is a bus for people wanting a lift from the track or Crookwell to the presentation venue at the Grabben Gullen pub (kids are welcome).
 
**PLEASE NOTE NUMBERS FOR THE DINNER NEED TO BE ADIVISED BY THE 21ST NOVEMBER SO THE CATERERS CAN BE ORDER THE FOOD.**

Entry list so far: 19 cars a good turn out for a club event. Crookwell had rain last Sunday and another shower on Monday night with more forecast during the week.
