SORRA Presentation night & Christmas party.

Hi All,

SORRA members & your guests are all invited to the Presentation night & Christmas party.

The theme for night is Hawiian, so chuck on some apropriate colourfull gear (come on, we all know you have one of those shirts or tops and maybe a hat)and be part of it.

There will be bear/bare foot bowls too. For this, you will have to start the evening a little earlier. Kick off14907068_1220838557978685_8589002798814176837_n.jpg time for this is 5 pm. So it would be good if you could be there about 4.45pm.

The rest of the dinner & presentation will comence at 7pm ,with Santa making an appearance , a little later on in the evening.

Dinner is $35 a head with kids under 12(twelve) $10.

Will be sending out invitations with all the details and pre payment options included.

If you want to let us know of your intentions to come along and can't wait for the paperwork, or the paperwork is not your thing, just ring &/or pm me Ian mob 0407 774 348

Now , you wouldn't want to miss out on this. Gunna be great. Can't wait to see Santa bowling barefoot.

Open attachment and follow the link to the paperwork and make the payment.

This will make life so much easier for the organisers if you can do this .

Don't forget the Barefoot bowling. This will be included in the Dinner price if you are wearing your Hawaiain  gear and you need to come a little earlier .

4.30pm for the Bowling. Let Shane know if your are coming for the Bowling. Need to get an idea of number interested. Taa

Dear valued SORRA Club members.



Attached to this email, you will find, you and your families invitation to our Clubs end of year finale.

Which includes:

· Bare Foot Bowling (for those interested)

· Great food

· Club Presentation

· A special visit from Santa for those 12 and under PLEASE NOTE: (Parents to provide a wrapped present with the individual child's name on it for Santa to give out, suggested $20 value)

· Along with a lot of tall stories that seem to get more dramatic as the years roll on.



We sure hope that you are able to come along and help us celebrate the fantastic year we have had in 2016.

Need to get your bookings done and in for the Presentation evening , Christmas party & barefoot bowls night.
Neeed to have numbers for the caterer by Sunday night/evening.
