Working bee at COLO PARK

[big]WORKING BEE
COLO PARK on Sunday 30th July . Lots to do getting ready for our round of the NSW Championship.Permanent lighting to be set up for pits and surounds,Kelvin Hill has offered to put the trenches in for us,Alex Powe is our electrician,David Nikkiforoff ,D & M Auto electrics, Jeff Thomas & Peter Calvert are working on a new front gate as we speak. So, if you have any expertise that can be put to good use(even another electrician, workers etc) and have a little time on that day ,come along and give us a hand,it will be apreciated.
If you can make it ,let myself ,Ian Irons,or Ian Boyd,or Ross Barnes know, because on the day ,the club supplies eats and drinks for working bees and having some idea of the number of helpers makes it easier to cater.
Don't be shy come along & give a hand to help make this years event the best one yet

Kelvin Hill especially for bringing up his excavator to dig our trenches for the power cables to be laid in by Brian Edmonds & Steve Taylor, then covered back in by Ian Hill(son on his lap directing him)In our backhoe.
Steve,Katherine & Alec Maher painted the inside of the canteen to freshen it up for upcoming events,Bruce Garland & a youg fella from the Motorbike powered buggies,Brett, got amongst the fencing to restore our boundaries to thier former glory(or something like it anyhow)
Jeff Thomas & Peter Calvert(Yeah! Mr Superboot) made us up a new front gate and with a little supervision from Ross Barnes put it in place,Looks Great.
David Nikiforoff ,Son Matt & apprentice Bradley Bishop from D &E Auto Electrics fixed all the little jobs on our machines that seem to need that love and attention, electrical & mechanical.
After lunch All the mahinery and all available bodies grabbed chainsaws and habdtools and headed over to help Ian Boyd in the Grader clear the new piece of track that we are introducingfor our next round of the New South Wales Championship,to make more room for more cars.

AGAIN THANKS EVERYBODY for your HELP
