AT OUR CLUB MEETING HELD WED JUNE 27 IT WAS VOTED TO CANCELL OUR NEXT EVENT DUE TO THE LACK OF TIME, VOLUNTEERS, AND BAD WEATHER, THAT HAS PREVENTED SUFFICIENT TRACK AND GROUND MAINTENANCE WORK, TO ALLOW OUR EVENT TO PROCEED.
PLEASE NOTIFY ANY CLUB MEMBERS AND OTHERS YOU CAN THINK OF WHO DON'T / CAN'T MONITER THIS SITE.
HOPEFULLY THESE THREE CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE BEFORE OUR EVENT SEPT 1-2.
Pit fence also has to be re-erected in new position. power wires to be rerun for toilets, trees to be moved,
what this means is we need your hands at our working bee.
If you can help, give Ian ,Ian or Ross a ring cause we cater (numbers of people is handy) for the working bee so you don't have to run around finding something to eat or drink just bring your body & be part of the FUN ring 040 777 4348 for Ian I or 9634 2952 Boyd Motor Products for Ian B , or for Ross Barnes ring 0419 975 720
Sunday ,29th July is now a working bee. For the guys and gals that would normally be racing on this weekend, you will be able to give us a hand to get everything into shape and ready for our upcoming events in September & the State round in November. The other reason of course, is to get your chance at the V8 Super car ride, PERFORMANCE METALS,(the place where you buy all the metal tubing & sheet for your race cars.If you haven't yet you should check them out) Check out thier website www.performancemetalsaustralia.com.au or call Matthew on (02) 4577 7769 Performance Metals have donated the V8 Super Car ride as an incentive to the club members who help out at the working bees, this upcoming one will give those who are not normally in a position to be at one of our working bees a chance to help out and be in the running for a ride in the V8 Super Car
