I have been setting my toe in at about 2.5mm. However, the buggy wanders a bit at high speed. I guess I will have to do some testing. What would be a recommended toe in setting that I could start from?
Around milbrodale a bit of toe dialled in the rear may not be such a bad thing, it'll help get the rear end around corners, afterall there are more corners than straights at Milbrodale! Azteck actually put us onto this and it worked great.
To help stop wandering from the front end you can add more caster. more caster will help settle the front end down by centering the steering, the price to pay is heavy steering though.
We always ran a bit of toe in the front end so the inside wheel helps drag the car through the corners. A bit of toe out is good, but a bit of toe in will create understeer. If your car has any bump steer it could make it heaps worse too.
