NSW OFFICE RELOCATION
As you may be aware the CAMS New South Wales office has now relocated from our old
Parramatta Office to a new facility based at Sydney Olympic Park. Every effort has been made
to ensure that our membership and our customers do not feel any significant effects in service
delivery during this time.
To help us, help you; we ask that you update all your old contact information to reflect this
change.

There are also a few other changes taking place to help us deliver a better service to you.
CAMS Hotline
The old telephone numbers will still work for a period of time, however they will be transitioned
out over the coming months. A new 1300 service has been developed to ensure member and
customer calls are going to those who can be of most assistance. The new CAMS Hotline
number for all customer service enquires is:

Sport & Club Development Officers
I would also like to take this opportunity to formally introduce your new Sport and Club
Development Officers. Your Sport and Club Development Officers are the mobile and future
face of CAMS supporting you, your clubs and the CAMS volunteer membership within New
South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.

With your help, their role aims to increase participation in the sport, develop and sustain clubs
and the membership; to assist in the positive contribution to your community and development
of the sport and motoring activities. But most of all, they are here to help you enjoy CAMS for
the reasons you joined and for the reasons you are still here today.

gatherings. Both are always willing to assist and / or attend your event, meeting or display and
ensure that your experience with CAMS is a good one.

Finally, I would like to invite you to join both Doreen and Michael on Thursday 11 December
2008 to come and visit our new home. Light refreshments and a tour of the facility will be
included. Members are invited to attend between 5 and 9pm at the Ken Brown meeting room;
entrance to the room is via the rear of the building from the car park.
