and the winner is .... well i don't know as i had to leave before the last heat but what a day of racing it was. a strong field turned out to a beautiful day. the day got of to a slower start then hoped due to someone(me) stalling the grader halfway round the track and having to wait for a jump start. but once the grader was started and moved to safety the racing began. the first lap of the first heat was just the start of what proved to be a tough days racing with the one car not even making it around. by the end of the first two heat of race one there was tools all over the pits trying to get cars ready for race two but some where unable so the field smaller again.

the heats in race two saw some spectacular action which got most peoples attention as it happen right in front of the start line. and also there where more causalities the hot weather and the colo track took out a few more cars.

i left just after lunch and they where into race three with only 4 cars remaining in the field and i congratulate those who made it to the end what a great day of racing.

and sorry for the delays at the start i won't be doing that again.
