I think the normal people will be up the pointy end again.... Shannon Rentsch, Dave Fellows, Brad Prout... But really, with the number of really good cars out there now, it could be anyone of a handful of people.
My early tip.... Dave Fellows, but it would never surprise me to see Shannon up there again. Every race he has finished in the last two years he has won.
Rentsch,Fellows, and Glen Owen will all have the same cars and TT V6's so who ever gets sorted the fastest and finishes the most races will win. My money is on Rentschy.
My money is on Trav (Coolman) Milburn. Has done lots of work on reliability over the off season and looking forward to seeing him against all the big US cars.
One that I forgot about was Matt Coleman he was running in the top 5 at Gundy last year in his new Alpha, which was pretty good for the first time in his car. He is one to watch this year.
Travis is going to be on the money this year after a season of sorting the car should be one to shake up the imports. Brad Gallard is a man on a mission as well with his TT and drive it like ya stole it style. Both being from SA, wouldnt cloud my judgement at all !!!!!!!!.
Shannon is a gun. Fellows and kittle hungry as. then a field of awesome cars. Could be anyone this year now that others have gone the TT option. Luke Erceg's new chenoweth looks sick, Danny Auricht back, no discount for Pinto, Danny Brown, Matt Hanson - if that's sorted he will be there. etc. etc. big list this year. Should be some good racing.
I think Brad Prout will buck the trend of people thinking you need a turbo to win AORC champion. He has had good solid results for a few seasons and i feel Brad and his team will be the difference. (either way the championship is going to be good, bring on the season).
