Hi I am Jeremy for Western Desert Racers. We are negotiating with a local council to obtain a lease at a site where we race short course. It has been going on for a long time and the council has recently had some internal changes so we are trying to finally put it to bed. We have submitted a management plan to the council and they are picking some holes in it. Looking for clubs or members with similar experiences and/or management plans that we might get some more ideas or input from. pm me and maybe we can benefit from each others experience.
Talk to Maurie Fuller from KMORC. They did a top job a couple of years back getting everything sorted for a race held at Wittirin in Kempsey each year.
