I would aim at around 180 because of Finke and don't forget you lose around 10% if you use foam.

hmm ok. What are the rules on how high we can o with the tank ie: stop at hip rail or can we go higher? As i have worked out that i go 100mm over the hip rail we get a tank of 162ltr can we put in a second smaller tank?

cheers

Im not sure about the rules etc for the heights, but I just want to say that my car has a 190ish litre cell in it, and i go through it a fair bit. My 6litre gets about 1.7km/lt at the moment, so the more the better i say.

Your going to have a bullet of a car with an ls1 and only weighing 1100kg. What sort of frame are you running?
