Ok i after some help with the size of a fuel tank. What i need to know is there a good size to build if you running a proclass buggy with a stock ls1 motor and be about 1100kg with crew..
I was thinking of about 140ltr would that be ok if i was runing national races which are 100km laps??
hmm ok. What are the rules on how high we can o with the tank ie: stop at hip rail or can we go higher? As i have worked out that i go 100mm over the hip rail we get a tank of 162ltr can we put in a second smaller tank?
Im not sure about the rules etc for the heights, but I just want to say that my car has a 190ish litre cell in it, and i go through it a fair bit. My 6litre gets about 1.7km/lt at the moment, so the more the better i say.
Your going to have a bullet of a car with an ls1 and only weighing 1100kg. What sort of frame are you running?
been building it from the ground up with the help of a few guys in the usa. Yea mite have to have a look at the rule book would not want to build one then be told it cant be used
