Looks like an old Verco or Verco Hustler. I would take the 1987 built part with a grain of salt, they are an old car.
Would need some more bar work to meet the new standards introduced this year (hip rail, etc).
My first buggy was a Verco Hustler. The thing you need to be aware of is that due to age, use, etc, the strength of the frame was a big concern for us. Lots of metal fatigue possible, rust potentially inside bar work, etc.
