The Taree Off Road, held on the 29th & 20th of October, celebrates its 10th anniversary this year of offroad racing at the Nabiac circuit.
To commemorate this occasion, several items have been organised.
The C.N.C.S.C.C. has received generous sposorship from GT Radial tyres which will give all starters that attend the presentation, the opportunity to take home a complete set of tyres for a race vehicle.
More details as they become finalised.
STAY TUNED.

should borrow my old car back for the weekend and win outright just like i did in the first nabiac 10 years ago and the 2nd but run out of fuel 2km from finish and the 3rd one blew box in last heat goes to show. when u help set the course you get to know it like the back of your hand
A group of us spent all last weekend at the track. Toilets work, Shower works. Recent rain should compact sand & settle dust. Should be a great weekend.

There a a few SORRA members heading up to Nabiac to go play in the sand:
Jeff and Laurence Cripps after their good result at Warialda. Jeff and Chloe Thomas are taking the croftwood for a run - JT has put a very short ratio box in that car - wonder how long it'll be on the rev limiter for on the runway? Paul and Fay Grant are taking the oztruck for a run... but there are some gearbox worries with the truck at the moment... Although not a club member, now Sydney based Gavin Potts is taking his class 3 for an outting after doing a heap of work including gearbox and a buttload of chassis & suspension mods.
My sentimental fav for a win though - gotta be Troy Tisdell - that car is so much faster than it looks and should be well suited to that track. Mind you, he might struggle against Terry Rose...
Im not sure of any others heading up at the moment.
