That's also what I heard from the commentry team. And talking about the commentry guys, a great job. Steve, Bob and the new fella behind the mike,Arron McLintock, good stuff.Bit of a change from racing but good to see him there, and it does sound alright , not like you think it sounds like in your head! Entertaining and enlightening the whole time, I hope they booked the three of you for COLO in November.
Congratulations to all the competitors on the weekend for a great show, and to all the finishers for a job well done. To Kevin Ottey & Nav,a special weekend, a finish in this event for the first time after trying for many years. Just shows how tough this event is. A great result coming in 2nd to the first placed Prolite of Garry Simpson, who also seems to have had chane of luck, great stuff.

Thanks Ian for those kind words. We call them as we see them but we cant see everything from every perspective. All we do is our best. Glad you enjoyed it. I know Bob and I did. I think Aaron did. Despite being his first time he settled in well and did a good job. We would be happy to have him back. I will definitely be at Colo.

Thanks guys, looking back I did enjoy it very much! Although at the time it was a little nerve-racking. Both Steve and Bob do a great job up there, and carried me all the way!
After so many years of racing at these events, it's quite an eye opener to see what goes on behind the scenes. Most/all of these people are volunteers and do it all for us....selfish, unthankful, big headed race car drivers. There is so much more to our sport than the cars and the drivers.
Thanks to all those that make these events so special.
no one wants too touch it steve,i was up the top corner, intentional or not it was a good advantage and we dont want to see it keep happening thats why we have rules to keep it fair and no arguments

And are the letters in Blacky's previous post an abbreviation for something? As I am not good at working these things out. Is the a website that list these kind things. I do know what lol and btw are but that's about it?

I don't know what all the fuss is about Brad and Terry sorted it out Murray had a look at it. Brads actions to avoid an accident where there have been many down that section of track. Murray Rogers is very good at his job and i believe can't always please everyone this is one of the best run races in the country the national cars that turn up to state events are used to pushing it to the limits Terry being a past Aust champ knows how to look after himself these people lift our state event and i for one think the more national cars that come the better having your say is fine but be careful what you wish for

Spot on Gaz, would anyone need to cheat like that, let alone Prouty, to win a $10 trophy ?

i see its a touchy subject and should bury my head, the rose incident was fair enough, the one earlier with towers was the reason i think they should maybe bunting the re entry to the track so when you do mess up you dont gain anything, its a high speed corner,,anyway i wont rattle the nest and not sure what you thought i was wishing for,,good win brad, hope you have a good year, hard luck terry good drive.
Gday simpson, A photographers Register would be a good idea for REGULAR event photographers, I would sign up for that as I am always taking photos at the events.
What a top event Milbrodale is, Not only is it great to go to, but it's the only race that consistantly year after year has everyone talking about it. It should be on X factor.
sorry scotty my comment wasn't directed at you i was just trying to say i think it was not worth blowing out of proportion but the bunting idea is a good one I am not a big fan of the four car starts or large earthmoving tyres i just think the cars are getting bigger and faster [just a thought] and I probably had the best off road weekend ever luv that car
I thought navigators had to be 14 years plus at state rounds? How did you manage to get a 10 year old in the passanger seat Rick & Garry? That navigator you guys have is very very small!

Thank's for that Blacky, that was when Corie was driving it (P plate on the back). Looking at the photo of Rick & Garry i'm surprised Garry can see over the dash, next time i'll lend you my kids booster seat Garry

Just want to say How good is this sport, when you see all the different types/styles of cars that were racing, not to mention the spread of ages of the competitors and how many female drivers/navigators were there, after the weekend if someone said I drive like a girl, I'd be pretty happy with that. This sport is the best. (obviously if I had bad weekend, everything would suck and the car would be back up for sale)
Well what an event, absolutly awesome weekend of racing, congrats to anyone who finished full race distance,i found it bloody rough.Thanx very much to the organiser's and hvorra for providing an excellent event for us to enjoy our big boyz toys.. BTW any pics of 915 :)
This year was One of the first times i have not been able to make it up to Milbrodale. It sounds like i missed an action packed race. Top quality field, Fast racing, People crashing, people crashing into people and a controversial end to it all. Good thing my brother went along with a video camera. I'll get some video up soon. For heaps more photos
