Steering dampner???


Just curious what steering dampners others run in there buggys?.I have a
trik steering rack and no dampner,and no power steering,and i wana reduce the feed back in my steering wheel? cost effective idea's would be good?smile

I figured a ome 4x4 job,just curious if there is any particular 4x4 1 to buy,ie hiliux,patrol,landcruiser?. I found king shock dampner but the $450 price tag was a killer.Also should it be a return to centre or normal dampner,and would increasing my steering wheel size from a 14inch to 17 inch make any difference...

Hi mate I had a pedders dampner in my buggy when I bought it I've putt power steer in 'you can have it if you won't it

450!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think we paid $35!

Ours wasnt return to centre, just basically a little shock to stop the steering wheel from ripping out of your hands if you hit a big rut, rock, tree, official etc.
