19/20th May Working bee Yep! this weekend

Hi people, I'm a little late passing on this info. But if you are able to give a hand, it will be apreciated. The work to be done is to get place ready for the Night/Day in June and to solve a few track issues from the rainy period we have just come through.

If you can come and give a hand ring me on 040 777 4348. Personally I would like to just do the Sunday at this stage but if others are able to only do the Saturday then we will accomodate them. But I need to know sometime this week so I can organise the food and work for one or two days

Working bee went well. Lots done, thanks Guys.
Morgan Talbot did a great job replacing floor in mens toilet/shower block,Marty & Gavin smoothing out the track, with Andrew Van Ewyk,Lance Proctor in back hoe leveling the heaps of dirt dropped in potholes( you know ,those little dips in track) by our tip truck drivers,Steve & Paul Jewitt and Morgan. In our new tipper too, works well for tipping big heaps of clay. This was being filled by our intrepid excavator driver, Mark Jewitt. Gavin & Lance also fitted the exhaust pipe to our generator.
Much appreciated, the track is gunna be awsome for June Day/Nighter.
