Neither, the rack that i bought came with a modified holden valve which gave me nothing but trouble. When i pulled it a part i found a hair line crack in the shaft and impact damage from its previous life. Spend the $500ish on a Sweet or Howe valve and you wont look back.
I ran a modified holden control valve. It worked for a while but eventually could not handle the loads. I have changed to a Howe control valve and pump. Works great. If you can afford the cost then buy a Howe, it might hurt the pocket now but it is worth the cost on the track and later in rebuilds or replacement.
tri these guys - http://www.pacificcustoms.com/howeperformance705.html its around $ 450 AD , you will spend more tring to make a road car part work ,
also the howe units have differant size torsion shafts which give a differant amount of assistance , so you can order the right one to suit a buggy or truck , something you can't do with a road car part , they also have larger ports which flow higher volume of fluid
