Another use for Cable tie

At the speedway last night, where I saw another use for cable ties that even I wouldn't have thought they were up for. But if speedway officials use them, then it must be ok!

 

use #27650964-repairing a safety fence that was previously not strong enough to stop an ozzy legend car from putting a hole in it
