I want to strengthen my factory gears in my trophykart motorbike engine. Does anyone know someone good who can heat treat, or magna flux, or polish or whatever is required!
albins can make complete new gears, but I would like to try treating the originals,
might be worth looking at cryogenic treating ,
its were they freeze its to some crazy temp than over a few days they slowly raise the temp , supposed to have less distortion the heating ,
I looked into it once here in perth was quoted $20 odd per kg , I know there are guys over east doing it also
