Midboard hubs + Howe steering


i am fitting some gearone hubs and wondering what is the right grease or a good grease for the bearings,,gearone seems to not know how to reply to emails,,, the other question i have is the howe beam powersteering set up,,apparently the ATF isnt recommended for it,,i would like to know what grade hydraulic fluid they recommend and what brand is a good fluid,,,any help would be appreciated thanks

I use Redline synthetic grease as it does both cvs and wheel bearings, and as I have Summers floaters the grease can mix.

As for the power steer I use the Holden TS Astra power steer hydraulic oil and it works a treat. Readily available from any Holden Dealer too. Pretty much any modern electric power steer pump system that uses hydraulic oil not ATF will work.

I used nulon synthetic power steering fluid never had a problem with my Howe setup.

i have the recommend powersteering fluid for sale. its swepco oil as recommened by howe.

The ford specific powersteer fluid from repco - the stuff they made for taxis. Never have had an issue with it.
