my engine and pwr radiator have 28mm inlets/outlets, the issue is i'm having a hard time finding stainless/aluminium bends to make up the cooling lines.Dose anyone know where i would be able to find 28mm diameter mandrel bends? my second option is the make the lines out of 32mm diameter tubing and just reduce the ends to suit the engine/radiator would this cause any problems?
Out of curiosity what motor is that for ?
your going to struggle to find any bends in 28 mm
a quick guess is that is 1 1/8" , even most headers pipe kits are larger
on my 20 valve i have 32 mm ( 1 1/4" ) out lets on the motor with 38 mm ( 1 1/2 " ) on the radiator,
and have silicon hose reducers 38 - 32 mm on the engine out lets
haven't had any issues , and its holds slightly more coolant

it's not the speed of life that scares me, it's the sudden stop at the end ,
it's a zx12r engine out of a road bike, 28mm- 1 1/8th about a half mm difference between the two. i might just go with the reducer option on the inlets and outlets if it seems to working without any issues with your set-up was just a little unsure if it would cause any flow problems.
