Hi People/Clubs  ( Clubs might like to put this on your websites)

Please read ALL the information below;( and of course the attachment)I have arrange with Geoff from Revolution Racewear to be present with samples of the FHR for those of you who are interested in checking out the different devices and trying them for comfort prior to the presentation  This will be done in the Meeting room at Raymond Terrace Bowling Club from 4pm til 5pm.Please let me know if you would like to attend the FHR. 

Please find attached the 2014 NSW Off Road Presentation Invitation; If you are a recipient of an award and are not going to be in attendance Please arrange with someone to collect your trophy

 Children over 14 years will need to purchase a ticket, Children under 14 years; Parents will be able to purchase their meals from the Bistro.

If you have any special dietary requirements Please write them down

 If paying by EFT Please send a copy of your remittance form.

Motels are listed; The Colonial has limited rooms available due to a party booking;  (family rooms left)I do not have the phone numbers for all the motels and caravan park at Motto Farm/Heatherbrae;

 Please Note; Tickets cannot be purchased on the night.

 Guest Speaker; I thought instead of having a guest speaker some of you attending might have some stories relating to Bob Stansfield that you might like to share with the rest of us. (If you would like to speak on the night, please let me know)
