to lock or not?

I was curious as to whether or not you guys use any form of locker.  i am using a subaru diff center (r160) modified for porche 930 cv .  i have available open, lsd, or full lock (either mini spool or cig).  i was thinking the lsd would be the go, but after a few beers thought maybe the mini spool would drive me through the corners better.

any thoughts???

Most buggies have them open...  cant use steering brakes with a locker diff.

Trucks / Cars use lockers, wouldnt it depend on weight distribution?, Rear engine (Oversteer) use open to make use of steering brakes. Front engine (Understeer) use locker to break rear traction easier? My understanding anyway.

I am probably wrong.

(Am very good at being wrong)

Makes me wonder why I replied?

Might delete later.

thanks guys.  what you said makes sense wolf,  steering brakes wouldn't be much good with a locker.
