Hey Fatboy/Chest clutcher, did the crew keep the tires clean and shiny? I would have loved to have gone, but we had a new class 1 sorry class 2 buggy to build.
i know how to fix it , you start off by throwing a whole heap of cash at it ,then follow it up by a large amount of money, then become religious and find god and ask him to pray for your soul ( that you had to sell to the devil to pay for the gearbox) then it mite last at least 1 round.
DONGDINGALONG WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY WHY DO KEMPSEY STILL HAVE 2 ROUNDS? ANSWER BECAUSE THEY ONLY THINK ABOUT THEMSELVES NOT THE SPORT. {DIC. HEA.}
I'VE FINALLY WORKED IT OUT GOOD ON YOU KEMPSEY WITH YOUR 2 ROUNDS NEXT YEAR ALL THE OLD BUGGYS THAT CAN NOT HANDLE REAL OFF-ROAD RACING HAVE SOME WERE TO GO MAYBE THE YEAR 2006 YOU CAN HAVE ALL THE ROUNDS AT DONGDINGALONG AND TOTALLY DESTROY THE NSW CHAMPIONSHIP.
Yes i agree extreme racer, Kempsey should only have one round in the state. Don't care how many rounds they have for club. If every other club only has one, so should kempsey.
So, if there were two tracks in the Kempsey area, there should only be one round there? Remember, the second round was supposed to be at Wittitrin, which, in my understanding, was to be the new location for a small event (sic) previously known as the Powerhouse. Red tape brought it undone.
I suppose we could have just stayed at home & did nothing that weekend. I had a good time there anyway.

This one is a tough one for me to comment on due to my state panel duties... but my personal view (and not necessarily the view of the NSW state panel) is that the NSWORC should be 1 round per track. If KMORC has more than one track, great, they get more than one event. If SORRA has more than one event, same applies.
I believe that the second ddalong round would be better served as a tri-series round much the same as milbrodale do it. but if wittitrin ever does get up and running then it should definately be a round of the NSWORC.

I have been advocating for many years for a reduction in the number of rounds of the NSWORC. Unfortunately this sport has for some time been in decline particularly with regard to entry numbers and this decline has in conjunction with increasing administration costs to run events has made organising and running events more financially difficult. We have already seen serious increases in event entry fees just to keep pace with these increasing costs. The reduction in the number of rounds aka bringing Dondingalong back to 1 round should increase the number of entries at every other round and also free up the calander a bit to allow for club level events to be run more successfully and allow clubs to more actively seek out new members thus increasing the number of available competitors and officials giving the clubs the resources to run better events and make them more financially viable thus ensuring the long term survival of our sport.
