Jesus Paul, some people are hard to please. How many pictures do you need? Your not that far away, why don't you make the effort to see it in the flesh. Even the owner said it looks far more impressive in the flesh.
Sorry it has been a while but have been doing second chassis and no point putting up same photos again. One photo is where i am up to with second chassis and the other is of the first chassis with engine and trans mounts being done and sorting seat position etc. Hope you all have a Merry Christmas and stay safe. Cheers Gavin

Sorry about the big time lapse but with the long break and lots of interuptions etc not much has been done. Second chassis is out of jigs but has to be finished underneath, a few more days and it will be on stands. Suspension arms will then be done. First set of suspesion arms have been heat treated for stress relief purposes and are now at machinist's getting final machining of uniball cups done. Seat mounts/brake pedal mounts/steering columns/engine mounts and heaps of other stuff are now in progress here and in the U.S. One engine is on the floor ready to go and the other not far away. Tranny's are done, rear ends nearly done and three more kits are all coming in the next shipment leaving soon. Will put up more pictures soon.
Yes it is time to continue the story. With the holidays finished, sydney's heatwave done for now and things back on track in the states i'll start with a photo of the second frame (just finished) sitting on scales. It came in at 275kgs which i think is quite light considering the strength designed into it. Another photo shows rear tranny mount which is done from the top, getting rid of crossmembers etc and making for quick and easy tranny changes. The centre black pin allows tranny to locate and be supported whilst locating front. There is one showing fuel tank shape and position. Capacity is 250 litres. Also shown is engine plate mounting layout. More as soon as it is available.

Both chassis's done, both sets of suspension arms done, bumpstop mounts done. Bumpstops have shock eyes at the top and held at the bottom with aluminum mount. Received upright kits and jigs today along with internal aluminuim panels and 500 dzuz's. Have included picture of upright from U.S to show quality and strength of design. Still has to have caliper mount attached. Spindle/snout comes through from the inside of clevis. It only uses a 2" snout but as BJ Baldwin uses this exact same upright (except length) i think it will do the job.
Have finished first set of uprights complete with caliper mounts. Will now do 2nd set so both sets can go to heat treaters. Have also started fitting aluminium panels. Will put up more photo's soon.
Have started some panels. They come laser cut and those that need to be folded are done as per drawings. Picture shows how aircleaner will be positioned in cab area. New Method wheel arrived today. Size is 17"x 9" so big 14" rotors can be used. Engine bay cross has been tacked together in position. This will be a bolt in support brace to transfer loads from shock mounts on either side.
Method rim now has a rubber ring. 35" General to start with. Tyre rack will also take 37" tyres as well. Aluminium panels all but done on truck 1. All that has to be done is dzuz plates have to be fully welded. Yes panels are held on with bolts till frame has been painted and then dzuz springs can be riveted on. Panel work around engine is quite extensive to keep crap out of belts etc. Bottom panel has cut out for lower arm to clear on up travel.
Sorry for the delay. Have started headers and fuel tanks. All uniballs have been fitted. Uprights will go together tomorrow. Seat mounts/steering column/ brake pedal mounts arrive tomorrow as well.
Have adjustable column frame done so now can finish RH side headers. Pedals are all but sorted and internal floor also. Rear storage box and tyre tiedowns all sorted. Front suspension all fitted up to check clearances and fit. One truck will be at Finke on display for all to see. The designer himself will be there for his first trip to Australia and Finke. Also if anyone is interested in getting into one of these trucks, the next shipment of kits is about to arrive.
Engine bay cross done. Adjustable column done and sorting sliding spline in shaft to allow for column to move. Lots of things nearly finished. Photo's soon. One truck will definitely be at Finke on display as will the trucks designer.
Just a few quick ones to wet your appetite. Shows rear end, hubs, hats, calipers etc. Heaps more to follow shortly. Truck will definitely be at Finke on display. Will post photo's before we leave for those who can't make it.
Quick update as time is running out to get to Finke. Swaybar in position at rear of seats. Bumpstops all done. All pedals and steering column done. Exhaust headers and collectors bolted in. Heaps more to do this week so truck will look it's best for friday night. Will have latest photo's of body at finke. Trucks designer will be bring them with him.
My shed is always open Jason you know that. Just call before as usual but you will have to wait until after finke. Leave tomorrow. Will put up photo of truck as it will be at finke soon.
